Made to order items are usually posted within 2 weeks. 
If your order is urgent, or you would like to discuss your order please contact me directly.  

Packaging
All items are packaged in one of my gift boxes ready to give as a gift. I can ship gifts directly if you want and add a message for you upon request. 

UK Shipping
For your peace of mind it is advisable to opt for an insured postal service.

Orders under £50: Royal Mail First Class Signed For £3.50. This usually takes 2-3 days. 

Orders over £50: Royal Mail Special Delivery £6.80. Special Delivery is fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind. 

I don’t charge extra delivery charges for additional purchases.

Special Delivery requires a signature so please make sure there is someone there to sign for your parcel. Royal Mail should leave a card but if they do not, please contact me immediately if your parcel is delayed so I can track it.

I always obtain proof of postage to which Royal Mail honours up to £20 in compensation but I regret I cannot replace items lost by Royal Mail unless using one of the insured options.

 International Shipping

For all international orders I use Royal Mail International Tracked and is insured to the value of the item. The cost for this is £12.50 and I do not charge extra for additional items.

Please note that delivery times can vary a lot, depending on local postal services and whether a parcel gets delayed in customs. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of you, the customer.

As the UK is now no longer a member of the EU please find out about customs charges in your country if you are unsure.

Returns

I hope you are happy with your jewellery. However if you aren’t entirely satisfied I am happy to offer an exchange if the jewellery is returned in its original unworn condition within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please contact me first to arrange the return. When sending your item, please make sure it is packaged well (in a jiffy bag or similar) and use a tracked service. I regret I cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Bespoke commissions are exempt from this policy.

If one of my items breaks due to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace the piece and cover the postage. Please note that normal wear and tear of a jewellery item is determined at my discretion.

Hallmarks

The Primrose Hill Collection is registered at the London Assay office and Hallmark stamps are placed on all Sterling Silver items weighing over 7.78g as per the regulations. Under 7.78g items are not routinely stamped but this can be arranged for you.Look for the Hallmark, it’s your guarantee. All sterling silver items 7.75g and over are required by law to be hallmarked.
